Premium Lebanese extra virgin olive oil social enterprise founded in 2019 by Rose Bechara Perini in Deir Mimas, Marjayoun Caza, Southern Lebanon, overlooking the Litani Valley. Cold-extracted 100% "Souri" mono-varietal oil — one of the oldest and rarest olive varieties in the world. Ranks in the top 1% of the world's oils with elevated polyphenol concentration of 847 mg/kg and an Organoleptic Score of 92/100. Works with 15-20 farmers across Deir Mimas, Ebel El Saqi, Kawkaba, Rashaya El Foukhar (South Lebanon) and Zgharta (North), supporting around 1,000 seasonal workers, with a core team largely made up of women and young people.
