Coffee Roasters

Historic Lebanese coffee roaster on Nehmé Yafet Street, Hamra. Founded in 1935 and a Hamra institution, the roastery relocated to a 1950s Beirut house and still roasts coffee in-house, serving brews and selling beans by the kilo.

Beirut micro-roastery in a 1950s house in Mar Mikhael, founded by master roaster Dalia Jaffal. Direct-trade green coffee, in-house Diedrich roaster and espresso bar serving single-origin pour-overs.

Specialty coffee shop opened 2017 in a pink 1956 building with a zen patio on Gouraud Street, Gemmayze. Single-origin small-batch roasts and pour-over methods.
