Founded 2014 by Jamil Haddad, Colonel is Lebanon's second craft brewery, located on the Batroun seaside (Building 71, Street 203, Zone E). The microbrewery, brewpub and restaurant produces craft beer, gin (Gata Gin), vodka (Secreterre) and arak (Arak El Kaed) on a green platform near the historic Batroun shoreline. Brewery tours available by reservation; beer garden hosts up to 1,000 guests.
