Founded 1933 by the Angelopoulu, Comaty and Jabre families, Brasserie Almaza is Lebanon's leading brewery, producing the iconic Almaza German-style pilsner along with Almaza Light, Almaza Special Dark, REX and the Laziza non-alcoholic malt range. Established 1974, Kassatly Chtaura is a Bekaa Valley beverage manufacturer producing juices, carbonated drinks, vodka mixes, wines and beers. Brewer of Beirut Beer - a 100% Lebanese German pilsner launched after 10 years of planning at a state-of-the-art brewery in Chtaura. Main plant on Chtaura - Makse - Cheberkieh Road. Founded 2017 by Noël Abinader, Chris Fadel (trained brewer and chemist) and food engineer/microbiologist Marc Bou Zeidan. Launched core range of Amber Ale, IPA and Wheat Beer in November 2018. Brewery and taproom on Charles Helou Highway, Mar Mikhael, Achrafieh, Beirut. All beers brewed naturally with no additives or preservatives. Country Winner at the World Beer Awards 2023 (Aleph) and 2024 (Pilsner), with 18+ international awards.

Founded 2014 by Jamil Haddad, Colonel is Lebanon's second craft brewery, located on the Batroun seaside (Building 71, Street 203, Zone E). The microbrewery, brewpub and restaurant produces craft beer, gin (Gata Gin), vodka (Secreterre) and arak (Arak El Kaed) on a green platform near the historic Batroun shoreline. Brewery tours available by reservation; beer garden hosts up to 1,000 guests.

Founded in 2006 by Mazen Hajjar, 961 Beer is one of the Middle East's pioneering craft breweries. Located on Plot 2364, Mallah Building, Industrial Zone, Mazraat Yachoua, in the foothills overlooking Beirut and the Mediterranean Sea. Brews ales, porters, witbiers and pilsners, producing around 300,000 cases annually. The name 961 is derived from Lebanon's international dialing code.
